Local Law 87: Periodic Energy Audits and Retro Commissioning for buildings that are 50,000 square feet or more- every 10 years. Filings are due 12/31/2024 for buildings whose tax block ends with a ‘4.’

Local Law 97: Buildings larger than 25,000 square feet must not exceed their emissions limits set by the City or face escalating fines. The first annual reporting deadline is 5/1/2025 for emissions generated this year (2024).
