Summer fun awaits at the Mediterranean Towers West in Fort Lee, NJ! Thanks to The Falcon Group's diligent efforts, the recreational areas are now fully prepped and ready for Memorial Day. The swimming pool underwent structural steel repairs and restoration to the original coating system to mitigate water leaks and extend the useful life of the pool. The playground areas also received a complete makeover, including a new waterproofing membrane and fresh turf surfacing to restore the safe use of the area and protect the structure below. Falcon, Julie McCutcheon, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, C.A. Lindman, Alpine Painting and Sandblasting Contractors went above and beyond to deliver everything just in time for the residents to enjoy the upcoming holiday weekend and summer. Awesome job to all!
