Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) changed for Cycle 9. For the cavity wall buildings now probes have to be opened every 60 feet of the facade above public right-of-way to check for the presence, condition and spacing of the wall ties as well as condition of the waterproofing at shelf angles. Falcon can help you with all the necessary inspections, preparation of the FISP report and filing with DOB. Once Falcon conducts the inspection, we will have an in depth discussion with client regarding our findings and will help with developing plan for repairs if necessary.
