Please join us in congratulating David Schaub on his recent promotion to Team Lead – Roofing!
Dave's promotion is well-deserved beyond the numerous hours he spends in the office, as he has successfully completed numerous full-cycle, complex roofing projects and has been instrumental in driving the team to achieve outstanding results. In his new role as Team Lead-Roofing, Dave will be responsible for overseeing the roofing division in New Jersey, including project planning, budgeting, and execution. He will also be tasked with mentoring and training junior team members, as well as liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met from construction to project completion.
We have no doubt that Dave will excel in his new position and continue to be a valuable asset to Falcon!
We look forward to seeing the great things he will accomplish as Team Lead-Roofing.
