Mr. Gregory J. Rapp, P.E., is the Director of Civil Engineering at The Falcon Group. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in providing comprehensive civil engineering services—from initial concept to project closeout—as well as ongoing support for all types of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
As the Director of Civil Engineering, Greg provides technical guidance and expertise to the team throughout the design and construction phases. He ensures compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards by maintaining a strong understanding of industry requirements. He oversees and assigns staff to conduct forensic inspections, utilizing technical expertise to assess project conditions and identify potential issues or deficiencies. Additionally, he manages and delegates a wide range of testing activities, including material testing, structural analysis, and performance evaluations, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation of results.
Greg also oversees and assists in the development and review of technical specifications, drawings, and construction documents. He assigns staff to produce comprehensive field reports detailing observations, measurements, and findings from site visits and inspections, as well as expert reports that provide in-depth analysis, conclusions, and recommendations based on project requirements. Furthermore, he effectively presents at mediations and provides expert testimony through depositions, showcasing his expertise and professional insights.
