Tom joined Falcon in 2016 as a Project Manager. His exceptional work ethic and dedication led to a well-deserved promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2020. Now, he has taken on the role of Team Lead, showcasing his leadership skills and expertise in guiding and mentoring the Civil Engineering Department.
We are thrilled to see him step into this new position.
