Giulia Alimonti, RA, LEED AP, BECxP, CxA+BE, QEWI, serves as the Vice President of New York at The Falcon Group. A Registered Architect in New York, Texas, and Italy, she is a building envelope consultant with over 20 years of experience in the investigation, evaluation, repair, retrofit, and design of building enclosure systems. An award-winning restoration architect (SARANY), Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) for NYC FISP reports, Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECxP and CxA+BE) certified, and LEED AP BD+C professional, Giulia specializes in masonry wall investigation and repair, and consulting on cladding, fenestration, roofing, and waterproofing systems. Her projects span pre-purchase assessments, capital budgeting, forensic investigations, rehabilitation, historic preservation programs, peer reviews of new construction, and litigation support.
As Vice President of New York, Giulia provides technical guidance and expertise to the team throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. She conducts forensic inspections to assess project conditions, identify issues, and apply her technical expertise to problem-solving. Giulia supervises testing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation across material testing, structural analysis, and performance evaluations. She produces comprehensive field reports documenting observations, measurements, and findings from site visits and inspections, and oversees the development and review of technical specifications, drawings, and construction documents.
