The Falcon Group, a national professional engineering and architectural services firm with locations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida, is pleased to introduce its newest Director, Georgette Kyriacou, RS, EBP as she spearheads the opening of our new office in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Georgette brings to Falcon over a decade of experience in community association engineering. She joins The Falcon Group after moving from New Jersey to Florida, stating "When the opportunity arose to join the Falcon team, I knew it was the perfect fit for my career, as Falcon offers the growth mindset and in-house expertise I was looking for in a firm." With the addition of Georgette, Falcon adds a new wealth of knowledge for the team as it opens its tenth office. "Georgette brought her high energy, fresh perspective, and new ideas to the table for our Tampa Bay Office from her first day at the firm," said Andy Amorosi, principal at The Falcon Group. "We are looking forward to watching her lead projects that will show our Gulf Coast clients what has made The Falcon Group a trusted firm for over 25 years." During her career, Georgette acted as the president of the Professional Women in Building of the Garden State (PWBGS), a state organization dedicated to promoting and supporting all aspects of building while empowering women within the industry. She has also served on the board of the New Jersey Builders Association, Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey, the Builders League of South Jersey, and has served on the committees of the Community Associations Institute of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The Tampa Bay Office specializes in building envelope inspections and restoration plans, capital reserve studies, turnover reports, concrete restoration, construction defect forensics, and expert witness testimony. It is located on First Avenue North in St. Petersburg, and services the engineering and architectural needs for community associations from Gainesville to Naples.
