Please join us in congratulating Ms. Esther Calle on her well-deserved promotion to Executive Vice President, Miami! Esther joined Falcon in 2019 as a Senior Structural Engineer, Miami and due to her stellar performance, she was promoted to the Director of Miami operations in 2021.
Esther has successfully collaborated with the senior management and leadership team in scaling up the Miami operations, coaching her team to superior performance and supporting the business development efforts within the Florida region. We are confident that Esther will continue to play a key role in Falcon's continued success!
