Located along the Hudson Waterfront across from Manhattan, this co-op consisting of 6 high-rise buildings situated on 30 acres of serene nature required major upgrades to all aspects of the property ranging from structural improvements to the parking structures, upgrades to the building’s plumbing infrastructure as well as upgrades and improvements to the building façade.
Falcon’s team of Architects, Structural Engineers and Mechanical Engineers designed and oversaw the project through all the various phases of this project. The advantage of having a cross-functional in-house team ensured that all overlapping scope was thoroughly coordinated and the high demands of the Corporation were met.
