Andrew Amorosi, P.E., R.S., MASCE
Andrew Amorosi (“Andy”) is the Founder/ Principal for engineering design and production for the firm’s civil engineering design projects. He has been the engineer of record on over 200 successful roadway improvement projects. Included in his responsibilities are residential subdivision lot layout, street and roadway design, including horizontal and vertical geometry, stormwater management, drainage, grading and wastewater sewer design. He is also responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for the implementation of roadway construction, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements. Related areas of work include preparation of applications to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for Stream Encroachment Permits, Wetland Permits, and Sanitary Disposal Permits, Municipal and County Planning Boards, and Soils Conservation Service Offices. He has extensive experience in 3rd party plans and specifications review. Mr. Amorosi is also very knowledgeable in site feasibility analyses for land development as well as below-grade water infiltration detection, waterproofing designs and foundation reconstruction. Andy maintains the chief responsibility for the inspection and observation of all site-related construction for multi-family developments, including the preparation of estimates for bonding, final inspection and release of sureties posted by the developer.
Andy is also the managing principal for the preparation of capital reserve and transition studies or engineering reports for community associations and has achieved the CAI National Professional Designation as a Reserve Specialist (R.S.). He is a licensed Professional Engineer is New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Washington, D.C., Florida, Maryland, South Carolina, Virginia, and Connecticut.

William Pyznar, P.E.
Mr. William Pyznar (“Bill”) is the Founder/ Principal for engineering design and project management for the firm’s building-related work, in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the firm. Included in his responsibilities are inspections and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of testing requirements and procedures and the preparation of condition reports. Bill’s experience is in both multifamily residential and commercial construction, including low-, mid- and high-rise structures. Mr. Pyznar has been the engineer of record on hundreds of projects. Specifically, he has extensive experience in building water infiltration detection and waterproofing designs, building ventilation issues, low-slope and steep-slope roofing designs, façade repair and replacement designs, fire separation requirements, sound attenuation and insulation requirements. He is also responsible for the analysis and remedial design of structural failures and deficiencies in frame construction, parking garages and masonry construction buildings.
Bill is an expert in the building envelope, including aspects of roofing, building façade issues and coverings including veneer walls and attachments, Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), and traditional siding and stucco systems. Bill is responsible for assisting clients with damage claims on properties that have suffered catastrophic losses from flood, fire or other disasters. Heading the team, he works with the owners to provide time efficient remedies to each situation. He works closely with integrating the firm’s energy-related projects concerning building design, and implements an overall holistic approach to building upgrades, improvements, and energy efficiency projects. Bill has extensive involvement in investigation and the preparation of documentation in support of claims and litigation related to construction defects and damages including providing professional testimony; he has also assisted numerous clients on the successful pursuit of material failure claims.

Anthony Volpe, P.E.
Anthony Volpe is the Managing Principal for capital improvement projects for community associations, professional property managers and owners, including water infiltration diagnostics, analysis of structural components and preparation of design documents. His duties include comprehensive involvement in various reconstruction projects commencing with initial site and building inspections followed by preparation of construction specifications and construction oversight. He works with clients throughout the course of the project to achieve the best possible results. Anthony’s experience in building construction and structural design enables him to recognize existing and potential deficiencies with an array of residential and commercial structures. He has vast experience in identifying deficiencies with the building envelope, specifically those allowing the infiltration of water leading to potential structural failures.
Anthony has successfully managed significant roofing, concrete restoration and exterior cladding remediation and replacement projects, ensuring the proper use of materials and methods of installation to protect the structural components of the building. Anthony plays a key role with reserve studies and with the transition engineering for new community associations. His design experience enables him to identify code violations and/or deficient construction, which may lead to future liability of the client. He is also involved with many building and construction-related aspects pertaining to single and multi-family buildings. His strong knowledge of engineering disciplines enables him to be a leader in the firm in developing project manuals and specifications for various remediation and design projects.

Sinisa Kolar, P.E., FBRSE
Sinisa Kolar is the Principal & Department Head of Engineering and Restoration, based out of The Falcon Group’s Miami office. With more than a decade of both international and domestic experience in all aspects of construction and engineering, Sinisa brings extensive talent to the Falcon team. A small fraction of his specialties involve: Design, construction, quality control, litigation support, retrofit and repairs of various residential and commercial structures. He works very closely with developers, contractors, attorneys, management companies, condominium and homeowner associations, private clients as well as architects and engineers. His experience encompasses an extensive variety of engineering and construction issues. Areas such as water infiltration, waterproofing issues, window and sliding glass door problems, painting and concrete restoration. He is also involved with plan reviews for high-rise structures and structural assessment of existing structures. His design background is in mid-rise residential, commercial and industrial structures, whether they are made from concrete, metal, wood or masonry.
Sinisa is very involved with litigation support part of the business. His duties include performing forensic inspections, and providing expert reports, along with expert depositions and testimonies. He was involved with multiple mediations and lawsuits as an expert for either condominium associations or developer/contractor as a result of 558 Claims (“Turnovers”). This involvement has allowed him to have a clear overview and understanding of all aspects of this intricate process. In addition to his responsibilities listed above, as Vice President & Department Head of Engineering and Restoration, he also manages client accounts and assists in the growth and development of staff as well as the overall firm. From expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that meet and exceeds projections and participating in the internal management of the company. Sinisa guides The Falcon Group on Miami’s staff development through identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating the staff to provide outstanding client service.

Steven Lang (“Steve”) is a Principal Architect involved with the firm’s architecture and engineering projects. He is responsible for overseeing Falcon’s building envelope division in the New Jersey, New York State and Connecticut regions including all low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise building envelope and roof related projects within these regions. His department also assists clients in identifying deficient conditions, executing detailed investigations of specific concerns or complaints, developing repair details and specifications, and overseeing a team of Project Associates, Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Architects. He is a Registered Architect in the state of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida and has earned a National Council of Architectural Review Boards (NCARB) certificate.
Steve is proficient with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code (NJUCC), the New York State Building Code, the Connecticut State Building Code, the Pennsylvania Uninform Construction Code, the Florida Building Code as well as the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC). He has received training from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) in the New Jersey Rehabilitation Subcode (N.J.A.C 5:23-6) and from ASTM International related to ASTM E2018 Standard for Property Condition Assessments. Steve is also a trained SAP (Safety Assessment Program) evaluator is the CAL OES (California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services). Steve possesses over 20 years of experience providing architectural design and forensic services as well as construction observation and management services. His background includes working on multi-family residential, commercial, municipal, industrial and mixed-use projects in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and California. He has investigated and corrected deficiencies in various cladding and roofing systems and as a registered architect, possesses vast experience working with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineers.

Andrew Dionne, R.S.
Andrew D. Dionne is the Director of Professional Services for the Central Pennsylvania Region at The Falcon Group and has been a Reserve Specialist since 2007. He has over 20 years of expertise in performing and managing real estate engineering projects. Some of his responsibilities include management of project team members, monitoring of project budgets and schedules and performing quality control reviews of project deliverables.
Andrew has coordinated and completed hundreds of Reserve Fund Studies, Transition Studies and Physical Needs Assessments for community associations and senior living facilities throughout Pennsylvania and nationwide. He has solid understanding of building technology through the completion of over 2,000 residential and commercial building inspections ranging from residential structures to commercial office, industrial and retail buildings. Andrew also has experience in coordinating forensic engineering investigations to evaluate construction quality defects and/or building component failure.

Conrado Ray Gracia, P.E., is the Building Envelope Director of our Jersey City office within The Falcon Group. As a Licensed Professional Structural Engineer, he brings to the team over eleven years of experience within the engineering field. Conrado holds experience in Building Envelope projects, historic preservation projects, investigations and assessments of building system deficiencies, site conditions assessment and construction documents.
As the Building Envelope Director of Jersey City, Conrado ensures adherence to project, project plans, and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, and reviews of all reports, letters, bids, specifications, construction drawings, exhibits, etc. written by staff. He reviews drawings plans and specifications, verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, conducts on-site inspections, documents existing conditions, and performs field testing, photographing, the creation of hand sketches and observe work in progress. Conrado attends marketing functions, business dinners and events, while maintaining and developing client relations.

Clifton ("Clif) McElyea is the Chief Financial Officer within The Falcon Group. He brings 20+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles, including serving as CFO of a major provider of advanced technology solutions across the federal, state, municipal, commercial, and petrochemical refinery markets. Clif has a wide technical accounting foundation with experience in public accounting, US GAAP, controls, reporting, systems, FP&A, corporate development, and treasury and strong penchant for building consensus, creating effective relationships, and negotiation skills.
Clif's previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer included being responsible for all aspects of finance including the financial planning, operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, audit, risk management, contracting, cash flow management, treasury, audit, and taxes. Developed and executed corporate finance strategy including working towards future fundraising and liquidity events. Optimized the handling of banking, insurance, and legal relationships and initiate appropriate strategies towards optimization and efficiency. David Chesky is an Executive Vice President at The Falcon Group responsible for the engineering design and project management for the firm’s Civil Engineering operations in the New Jersey, New York State/Hudson Valley and Connecticut regions. In addition, David is also responsible for the Capital Reserve and Transition Evaluations performed in these regions. His primary functions include scheduling, organization, documentation, inspection and procurement of the firm’s civil engineering, capital reserve and transition projects. He is responsible for assuring all projects are scheduled in a timely manner and executed effectively. David has extensive experience in the preparation of capital reserve studies and has achieved the CAI National professional designation as a Reserve Specialist (R.S.) as well as the Association of Professional Reserve Analyst’s designation as a Professional Reserve Analyst (P.R.A.).
David’s business management and financial education coupled with his knowledge and experience within all facets of the construction industry provides for a unique approach and valuable insight in the preparation of Capital Reserve Studies. He performs site and building inspections for capital reserve fund studies as well as performing preliminary and documentary inspections for community transition evaluations and aides in the preparation and finalization of all reports. His additional responsibilities include project inspections and the assistance in the design of civil engineering projects. His involvement includes drainage improvement projects, retaining wall repairs, pavement projects, sidewalk inspection and repair, pool deck placement and repair. David performs the initial consultation with the board members and managers, the inspection, reports, design plans and specifications, bidding assistance, project oversight and close out procedures.

David Riddle, P.E., MBA, Esq., is the Director of the West Palm Beach office within The Falcon Group. David brings over 20 years of experience to Falcon as a Litigation, Testifying Expert, and General Counsel. As a Testifying Expert/General Counsel, he evaluated facilities to identify potential construction defect, prepared expert disclosure reports to opine on construction defect cause and liability, assisted counsel with development of deposition questions for opposing expert, prepared documents for collection of overdue accounts, provided litigation support to counsel, and advised senior leadership on contract and collection issues. David, in the position as an Attorney, has assisted clients with real estate disputes including landlord/tenant deposits and purchase contract disputes, prepared estate planning documents including Wills, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney, counseled and assisted clients with family law matter including preparation of appropriate filings for divorce/dissolution proceedings, and prepared and filed construction mechanics’ liens.
David’s prior experience includes but not limited to; Chief Engineer, Project Manager, Engineer, Senior Account Executive/Performance Contracting Engineer, and Division Manager. His duties throughout these positions included providing technical support to field personnel in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana including equipment application and instruction, code compliance, system troubleshooting, and startup. He managed office staff of 7 and field staff of 25 to 45 technicians to install more than $5 million of HVAC and plumbing construction and service work annually, directed sales and estimating team to secure future construction and service projects for the division, developed and maintained subcontractor and vendor relations, managed financial performance of the division through monthly reviews of individual projects with division project managers.

Esther Calle is the Director of Miami Office with The Falcon Group. She is responsible for assisting the Executive Vice President with the Operations of the department. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, and within budget and the final work product conforms to contract and applicable code, as well as meeting the work product standards set within the company and directing and informing staff within the department.
As a previous Senior Structural Engineer with Falcon, Esther would review and design of structural related projects. She handled quality control and development of Structural Drawings and Specification packages for construction projects and would assure the projects overall compliance with local, state and national codes and standards. She performed forensic investigations, cost estimating and building code research, analyzed and compared construction project bids. Esther reviewed construction contracts to ensure compliance with the project specifications and Industry Standards, supervised and managed concrete restoration, waterproofing, and forensic projects, and plan review of structural drawings, and provided arbitration, litigation, mitigation and trial support to attorneys and their clients.

Heather Duffy
Heather Duffy is the Chief Operations Officer with The Falcon Group and is responsible for the comprehensive operations for all staff and offices on the East Coast. She is heavily involved in all aspects of managing the Human Resources Department, I.T. Department, as well as Accounts Receivable and all aspects of billing and Accounts Payable. Heather manages the in-house legal department which handles the numerous incoming subpoenas received for request of Falcon’s witness testimony and files support. She helps to track cases and works directly with various attorneys and insurance companies.
Heather also manages the technical team to keep Falcon current with the latest technologies. It is imperative to Falcon’s success to interface with clients using the most recent technologies available. She oversees the administrative department for The Falcon Group, all of whom offer prompt and efficient support for Falcon’s clients as well as the staff. She also oversees the facilities department and assures all Falcon offices are functioning efficiently and successfully daily. Heather excels in assuring excellent customer service for Falcon’s clients while assuring the client’s needs and project timeframe are satisfied.

James Trynosky, P.E., LEED AP
James Trynosky (Jim) is an Executive Vice President of the firm’s MEP division. He develops working drawings and construction documents for the firm’s residential, commercial, retail and energy projects. Jim has vast experience in residential, government, industrial, commercial and institutional HVAC system design, both new construction and projects within existing buildings. He has worked on a number of landmark and historic building projects where the sensitive nature of the architectural design requires careful coordination and innovative thinking for the building systems designs. Jim also has experience working on energy performance projects through initial site observations, developing feasibility studies, economic analysis evaluating potential energy conservation measures, and design and implementation.
He has provided oversight and management during construction. He received his professional accreditation in the United States Green Building Council’s LEED program; he enhanced this credential with a specialty in building design and construction. This is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. He is well versed in requirements for building LEED certification, and current sustainable building design practices. Jim has worked successfully with a number of LEED project teams, resulting in projects that have been certified, or are on their way to achieving certification. As part of the LEED process, he has assisted in the commissioning authority role on several projects. In addition, he is familiar with a number of energy modeling software packages and has utilized them to prepare energy models for LEED ready projects he has worked on. Jim has led a multi-discipline MEP team in the design of new school building, school renovations, major transportation infrastructure projects and energy projects throughout New York, New Jersey and Colorado. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working directly with a partner of the firm in production of complete construction documents, from start to finish. He is experienced in AutoCAD and Microstation.

Juan Rivera, P.E., MSCE
Juan Rivera is the Director of the Tampa Bay office within The Falcon Group. He brings to the team 26 years of experience providing inspections, design, construction administration, and forensic services to public and private-sector clients on a wide range of projects. Job design portfolio includes project development, from conceptual design and plan preparation through construction and final inspection. As a forensic engineer, he investigated failures, site or building construction defects, and code compliance on behalf of attorneys, owners, developers, and insurance companies. Areas of expertise include building envelope systems, structural systems, and. evaluation of civil infrastructure for engineering standard of care.
As the Director of the Tampa Bay office, Juan ensures adherence to project, project plans, and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, final review of all reports, letters, bids, specifications, construction drawings, exhibits, etc. written by staff, and prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. He also provides leadership direction through the sharing of techniques and problem-solving approaches, coordinates and manages internal kick-off, milestone and closeout meetings for projects, and verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.

Karen Kovi-Federico
Karen Kovi-Federico is the Director of Finance for The Falcon Group. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing routine department activities such as, maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable from petty cash to expense reports to account reconciliation, accounts receivable from weekly deposits to monitoring all collection activities and develops processes to improve cash flow. Her attention to detail with maintaining accurate and complete financial client records, assures timely and accurate invoicing and addresses all client concerns to always resolve billing issues and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and lenders. She also handles all company credit card accounts, certificates of insurance and W-9 processes. She is knowledgeable in Sage, Quickbooks and Deltek Ajera accounting software programs. She effectively manages all A/R and A/P department matters seamlessly while developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing Falcon’s policies.

Ken Mahadeo is the Executive Vice President of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Energy Management Division in our New York City office within The Falcon Group. He brings to the team over twenty five plus years of successful experience within Industrial, Institutional and Commercial facilities construction, engineering, maintenance, repair, and operations, managing capital improvement projects, architectural and engineering services, Green Infrastructure Projects, building systems commissioning – mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building envelopes, vertical transportation systems, managing building related emergencies, maintenance contracts, regulatory compliance, standards and specifications review, managing workforce development and training for project managers, skilled trades and operations staff. Provided strategic leadership, guidance and training to optimize maintenance, repair, construction, operations and energy management initiatives.
As an Executive Vice President, Ken accomplishes regional objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and apprising job contributions; evaluating performance and recommending compensation. He maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customers are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations. Ken improves construction and job knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional network, and participating in professional societies, and verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.

Kendall J. Eberhardt, P.E., is the Executive Vice President of Pennsylvania Structural/Commercial Division at The Falcon Group. Kendall has over 10 years of diverse experience within the structural engineering and design fields across a variety of diverse projects including but not limited to; condominiums, parking garages, facade rehabilitation, and bridge designs and repairs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering - The Pennsylvania State University.

Mark McCann, R.S.
Mark McCann serves as an Executive Vice President of the firm’s South Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware markets and coordinates all aspects of projects in these areas. He is also responsible for business development and project management. In addition, he conducts the supervision and inspection for many of the firm’s engineering projects throughout the tristate area. He possesses extensive knowledge with regard to waterproofing of building envelopes and their integration with other building elements. He has been involved as project manager of many re-construction projects that individually exceed as much as $9 million in construction costs. He also specializes in construction detailing to identify points of water infiltration. Mark has extensive experience in the application of stucco and synthetic stucco, or EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems). He also specializes in the testing and evaluation of these systems to identify deficient installations for expert reporting and testimony purposes and has participated in legal proceedings as an expert on the subject. He is recognized by the State of New Jersey as a certified EIFS special inspector. He assists the Falcon Capital Reserve Team in the preparation of reserve studies and is actively involved in the site evaluation process for determining the estimated remaining useful life and replacement costs of community elements.

Matthew Grobert, R.S.
Matthew Grobert is the Director of Capital Reserves & Transitions with the firm. Included in his responsibilities are project management, inspections and analyses of building components and structures, site improvements, performing building diagnostics procedures and the preparation of reports. His experience includes residential and commercial construction in low, mid and high-rise structures. Matthew has provided forensic code and technical analysis, investigations, reports and expert testimony for a wide range of cases, including existing building and site work defects, building safety and corrective construction methods and costs. He has been in the construction industry over 40 years gaining extensive experience in building construction code analysis, water infiltration and building envelope investigations, building ventilation issues, investigations, low-slope and steep-slope roofing construction, siding replacement projects, fire separation requirements, sound attenuation and insulation requirements. Matthew has investigated and prepared documentation in support of claims and litigation related to construction defects and deficiencies, including providing professional testimony.

Matthew Cronin, R.A., AIA, NCARB
Matthew Cronin is an Executive Vice President of our New York office and licensed Registered Architect overseeing the firm’s projects in New York City and its surrounding areas. Matthew’s professional experience encompasses nearly twenty-five years of architectural design and development, as well as forensic investigation, field surveying, bid negotiation and construction oversight. He has worked on a wide range of projects from the restoration of historic landmarks to re-cladding modern curtain wall buildings to interior renovations & modernizations. He is an expert in the investigation and restoration of the building structure and envelope including masonry, roofing, EIFS, windows, curtainwalls, plazas, parking garage restoration, fire damage restoration, sidewalk vaults, foundations, insurance claim investigation and leak investigation/remediation. With extensive knowledge in NYC’s Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP, formally known as Local Law 11). He has produced upward of 300 reports ranging from Cycle 6 to the current Cycle 9. Matthew is also well versed in interior design & construction working on projects ranging from high-rise apartment renovations, theater & auditorium upgrades and ADA accessibility compliance modernizations to suburban residential and townhouse additions & renovations.
Matthew has significant municipal agency experience most of which is related to architectural task-order assignments under term contracts with the New York City Department of Design and Construction, New York City School Construction Authority, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, the State University Construction Fund and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Cronin also has experience in litigation support services including field investigation, condition assessment, development & implementation of forensic probe & testing procedures and the preparation of technical & expert reports. His experience also includes expert testimony in support of litigation matters. Currently, in his role as the Department Head for Falcon’s New York City office, he coordinates multiple project teams consisting of in-house architects, engineers, conservators and cost estimators as well as subconsultants. Matthew Furlong is the Director of Construction Litigation for the MD/WDC Region and specializes in forensic engineering, scientific investigations, technical report writing and expert witness testimony for construction claims and litigation matters. Matthew has 19 years of experience with new construction, project coordination and design, remodeling, and field inspections of building systems for residential, and commercial low and high-rise properties. He has successfully completed more than 600 unique and custom projects. His builder background experience ranges from high-end new custom home construction, interior renovations and additions, to green building and energy efficient homes, historical renovations, timber-framing, and creating elaborate custom interiors in prestigious estate-sized homes. This experience gives Matthew the unique qualifications to testify as an expert in construction matters.
As a professional consultant, Matthew provides services in the forensic investigation field related to construction defects, building code compliance, contract review and analysis, construction delay analysis, and construction injury investigation. This includes building pathology, structural capability, home energy performance, EIF’s and stucco, insulation and attic ventilation, siding/facades and rain screens, water and air infiltration, vapor retarder/barriers, infrared thermography, moisture management, and exotic hardwoods. Megan is responsible for overseeing and inspiring the continued growth of The Falcon Group through various marketing endeavors and industries for CT, DC, DE, FL, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA. Her Business Development responsibilities include company branding, development and creation of marketing and educational material, content creation, social media outreach, eblasts, articles, professional networking and involvement in all industry specific organizations. She has traveled throughout the East Coast, representing Falcon at conferences, expos, education sessions, meetings etc. She is an active member and Vice Chair of Community Associations Institute (CAI) Membership Committee, PULSE Committee, CAI CT Conference Committee, and WMCCAI Chapter Event Committee.
She is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey. Her prior experience as the Manager of Administration within Falcon included directly supervising approximately eight to ten administrative employees. Shayan has over ten years of diverse experience with Structural and Building Envelope Evaluation and Design projects across a wide variety of industries with exposure to both public and private sectors, including Building/Building Enclosures, Bridge/Transportation, and Telecommunication projects. He specializes in building structure and façade assessment, forensic structural and architectural engineering evaluations. He is well-versed in major building codes and standards including IBC, IEBC, AISC, ACI 318, TMS 402, NDS, and ASCE 7.
Shayan has experience in the repair and design of major structural building materials including, steel, reinforced concrete, wood, and unreinforced and reinforced masonry. Adam Brine is a Senior Project Manager and Construction Inspector with the firm. Included in his responsibilities are inspections and analysis of building components and structures, performing field investigation procedures and the preparation of reports. His experience includes residential and commercial construction. He has provided forensic and technical analysis, investigations, reports for a wide range of conditions, including existing building and foundation defects, building integrity and due diligences evaluations. Adam has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Specifically, he has extensive experience in residential building construction, truss evaluation and inspections, reinforced concrete foundation inspections, 2-way transfer slab inspections, water infiltration investigations, as well as all phases of residential construction finishes and insulation requirements. He has provided testimony in the area of wood truss bracing and wood truss deficiencies. Carlos Garcia is a Senior Project Manager with the firm and has over 25 years of experience in design and construction involving residential and commercial projects. His main functions revolve around the documentation and inspection of the firm’s architecture and engineering projects. Carlos’s areas of expertise include roofing and the exterior building envelope. His architectural education and field experience has provided him with the skills necessary to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects ensuring that they are completed in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Carlos has extensive experience in the application of adhered masonry stone veneer, stucco and EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems) having managed single remediation projects valued at up to 10 million dollars. His experience related to testing, evaluation and remediation of these failing systems has provided him with the ability to identify sources of water infiltration, deficient installations and prepare details to address these water infiltration issues. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
As the Division Manager of MEP, Christian provides leadership direction through the sharing of techniques and problem-solving approaches, and reviews the work of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers & Project Associates. He verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, reviews Operations and maintenance of systems, and regulatory compliance, and performs Energy Audits, Building Commissioning and Retro Commissioning. David’s duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures; preparation of design drawings and specifications; compilation, documentation, and analysis of bids received for multi-million-dollar projects; performing field investigation procedures; and the preparation of detailed reports. He is also well-versed in providing a number of services related to the building envelope. Detailed evaluation of existing buildings may be completed by visual observation or destructive testing, taking great care in the documentation of all deficiencies and critical components. This detailed evaluation will allow for a lifecycle cost analysis and planning to be completed in order to help the client obtain the greatest value. Code evaluations may also be provided for exterior building related components and issues.

Enzo has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering. He has worked in a variety of projects throughout New Jersey. His past experience includes but not limited to; managing small projects involving the renovation of the laboratory and pilot plant facilities HVAC systems and controls. He has directed the activity of both electrical and mechanical subcontractors, prepared work scope packages, conducted site meetings, evaluate bids, developed contracts and negotiated change orders.
Enzo’s past experience as a Senior Energy Engineer includes performing energy audit services, develop energy conservation measures (ECM) for implementation, lead chiller plan and HVAC retro commissioning projects for sites, and implementing new technologies to reduce both operating cost and energy. He developed energy models for client facility baseline, designed revenue grade metering schemes for renewable energy applications. Enzo has managed scope and cost from concept to start-up and commissioning of central chiller plants as an ECM for major medical center projects in NY and NJ. He communicates routinely with local construction officials, building department personnel and representatives of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs to obtain clarifications for ambiguous portions of the state building codes.
Along with Jim’s knowledge of all building components, he has detailed knowledge of wood framed decks and balcony, preparing drawings for approximately 500 new decks and balconies per year. He has authored a published article and presented to groups regarding decks and balconies construction and safety. He has extensive experience with the NJ UCC and the international Building and Residential Building Codes. He is proficient with interpreting the Rehabilitation Sub code as it applies to residential, commercial and retail developments. Jim Robbins is a Senior Architect who leads certain of the firm’s architectural projects. He is responsible for condition evaluations, recommendation of rehabilitation or replacement scopes of work, design and specification of construction work, and oversight of bid phase and construction phase services. Jim has over 20 years of experience working on multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, educational and mixed-use projects around the world with focus upon the building envelope of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. His project goal is to assist the client in understanding the condition of their facilities and guide them toward achieving the best maintenance/ rehabilitation/ replacement solution for their specific circumstance. Jim is a Registered Architect (RA) in the States of New Jersey and Maryland. He is an Exterior Insulation and Finish System Special Inspector certified by the State of New Jersey, and he earned and maintains Building Design & Construction accreditation in the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC’s) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. Joe Dorini is the Division Manager of Field Operations for the New Jersey Building Envelope Team at The Falcon Group. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project from initial repair design until project completion and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. His duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings and specifications, performing field investigation procedures and the preparation of reports. He is both a certified Registered Roof Observer and a Certified Building Envelope Consultant. Joe has successfully owned his own general contracting business for several years. During this time, he has completed over 50 ground up residential builds and renovated/additions to over 200 single family homes. He also completed many commercial addition/conversion projects and worked with the largest real estate company in West Virginia. Joe has extensive knowledge in overseeing the processing of submittals, requests for information (RFI), shop drawings, substitution requests, proposals and change orders. He has managed the preparation of daily and weekly reports and prepared monthly reports that discuss in detail the status of the projects. With experience in preparing RFP’s, RFI’s and bid packages, he has managed the entire bidding process of projects and prepares estimates, value engineering analysis and oversight and completion of full-cycle residential and commercial projects.
Joe is currently acting as Falcon’s Building Envelope lead field supervisor and Coordinator with Joe handling the scheduling for the teams Project Managers. Joe also visits the sites on a regular basis to provide on-site feedback and assistance to all the staff and contractors and is actively involved in all construction projects from pre-construction meetings to project close out. John McDonald, P.E.
John McDonald is a Senior Structural Engineer, responsible for structural engineering design at the firm. Specifically, his project related duties include structural design and analysis, inspection of parking structures and design of structural repairs, evaluation and restoration of retaining walls, development of construction documents, including the selection of appropriate systems and products, and preparation of technical specifications. John has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of structural design and development of plans and details, including coordination and integration of structure with architectural and mechanical systems. He is also a Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector, as well as a Structural Welding Special Inspector.
John has successfully overseen the design and construction of many new buildings, but he also has extensive experience with additions, renovations and adaptive re-use of structures. He has led projects focused on the restoration of historic buildings, and their associated antiquated structural systems (cast iron columns, terra-cotta slabs). He engineered the structural stabilization of two buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. He performed an evaluation of a 120-year-old catenary wire roof slab and led Falcon’s team in the subsequent slab removal and replacement project. John’s responsibilities also include performing independent structural engineering peer reviews at the request of clients and performing structural condition assessments of existing buildings. His experience with all different types of structural materials, including cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, masonry, sawn and engineered wood, pre-cast concrete and shotcrete provide a good foundation for this work.

John McGowan is the Division Manager of Field Operations (Trevose, PA region) for the firm and brings more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction of large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects to the team. His experience spans both the engineering and architectural disciplines of design and construction. His responsibilities at the firm include analysis, design, inspections and development of repair solutions for both site and building components and systems. In addition, John is also able to provide expert opinion on building envelope relate issues for litigation cases. His site development and infrastructure experience include design, inspections and construction management. He has extensive experience in working with township engineers, zoning officers, attorneys and local planning boards representing owner’s interests in all areas of entitlement acquisitions. In addition, he provides expert witness testimony before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment when required to gain approval for proposed construction activities.
John provides evaluations of the condition existing of buildings, roadways, curbs, sidewalks and other public facilities located throughout established communities. The resulting evaluation reports can be utilized by communities to quickly identify areas where immediate repair is necessary and to prioritize resources in an effort to address long term construction goals for improvements. He works with clients in all phases of construction program management including preparing design, contract and bidding documents, providing bid and award phase services, construction observations, reviewing payment applications or bond reduction requests and advising clients on contract closeout matters.

Jose Urdaneta is a Senior Project Manager in the MEP Department out of The Falcon Group’s Miami, FL office. Jose provides over 19 years of experience in electrical design, interdisciplinary project management, power studies and electrical engineering related software development. He has extensive experience in evaluating electrical systems, products, submittals and shop drawings by applying knowledge of electrical design, project management, code compliance and materials. In addition, he can prepare field reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Jose can design and develop electrical systems including illumination projects which focus on reliability, safety and sustainability. In addition, he can develop schematic diagrams and electrical plans using AutoCAD or Revit and accurately read design specifications and technical drawings. He is able to conduct electrical fault and load flow studies aimed to protection coordination, optimization and power factor correction in electrical systems. He is responsible for keeping an open line of communication with contractors and project managers, he monitors the status of different energy and MEP projects and corresponds with contractors regarding notifications, bid addendums and calculations of bid submissions and payment approvals to ensure projects run smoothly.

Lyle Hoffman is responsible for the compilation of field notes, code & standard citations, document excerpts, and miscellaneous exhibits and appendices involved in the assembling of transition evaluation reports, a task he has been performing for almost two decades. In addition, he is involved in construction inspection for the firm’s civil and architectural engineering projects. He is significantly involved in the technical aspects of The Falcon Group’s capital reserve fund analyses, as well as transition inspections, litigation reports, and cost estimating. He is also typically involved in the engineering certifications for exempting condominium and townhouse properties from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs quinquennial inspection regime. Lyle performs site inspections and field measurement of as-built quantities for capital reserve fund studies as well as performing preliminary and documentary inspections for community transition reports.
Lyle holds a H.H.S. technical inspector license (building) from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and has a detailed knowledge of the International Code Council model codes (in particular, the International Building Code and International Residential Code), as well as knowledge of assorted legacy model codes and the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. This helps him with the evaluation of defects during the transition evaluation process, where Lyle has been applying this knowledge through five, and into a sixth, iteration of the model codes adopted by the New Jersey Uniform Construction. He also has experience with the various International Code Council model codes as adopted by the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.

Maria Bauza is a Senior Project Manager within our Building Envelope Division out of our Jersey City office here at The Falcon Group. She brings to the team over 5 years of experience as an Architect and Engineering Designer/Project Manager. As an Engineering Project Manager, Maria managed a portfolio of over 70 contracts/prospects requiring coordination of submittal drawings, governmental approvals, responded to RFIs & RFQ’s, ran and assisted internal and external coordination meetings. She was in charge of weekly internal project progress meetings between the design department and operations, where all project tasks were accounted, assigned and dated, with meeting minutes later distributed and direct the manufacturing process, coordinate payment, shipping, scope, approvals and deliverables to ensure delivery was on-time, in scope and on budget; after which the project was then managed by both herself and operations. Maria participated in coordination meetings with other trades as well as all stakeholders.
As a Senior Project Manager, Maria prepares client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models and graphics and generates project documents including plans, sections, details, etc., in coordination of a complete construction document package. She also prepares contract documents, including design plans, elevations, and details, furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans, finish schedules and ceiling plans. She conducts on-site inspections and documenting existing conditions, perform field testing, photographing, and creation of hand sketches to observe work in progress and maintains organized records, files, drawings, or other data essential to the project and ensure they are complete and stored appropriately.
As an Engineering Designer, Maria helped develop the drafting database while working with providers to establish standards and developed strong interpersonal skills assisting customers with the sales department. As a Junior Architect, she developed drawings in Revit and AutoCAD for construction purposes, performed site visits to ensure construction specifications, and prepared renders in Revit, Photoshop and Lumion.

She also has experience in managing the completion of complex projects with the US Airport and Port of Miami airports, hospitals, public schools, and historic landmarks. Maria has served as the main point of contact between owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to proactively communicate details and status of projects, pre-construction progress and closeout meetings. Neeraj Chander brings over 15 years of diverse experience in Retail, Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Mixed-Use, Custom Residential and Multi-Family Housing. He is also a Registered Architect in Connecticut. Neeraj has worked on various Planned Urban Development and Mixed-Use Development projects that have required him to evaluate the programming problems and find adequate solutions for them. These problems ranged from site limitations, budget limitations, use of sustainable products for LEED certification, and coordinating with the various government and neighborhood organizations involved in the planning and permitting of the projects. He also specializes in Asset Strategy and Repositioning by providing holistic strategies, rebranding, and repositioning for corporate/commercial buildings and campuses in both urban and suburban contexts. With a focus on innovative master planning, trending workplace design, experiential graphics and signage, with a goal to upgrade and transform existing properties that increase both a building’s value and the client’s bottom line. As a Senior Project Manager, Paulo provides leadership direction through the sharing of techniques and problem-solving approaches. Reza Koosha-Mirsaidi is a Senior Electrical Engineer with the firm. He has over 18 years’ experience in providing electrical design and consulting services, and construction administration support. He also provides services through surveys, cost estimates, bid reviews, witness shop testing, and inspections. Reza has experience in all milestones of a project from start to finish, from initial creation of scope of work to punch-list documentation for construction close out. He has experience in a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, transit authorities, airports, universities, municipalities, high rises, performance art centers, parks, and pharmaceutical facilities.
Reza has designed electrical service and distribution systems, including backup power. He is familiar with lighting design and has also designed full building fire alarm systems. He has technical knowledge of the codes and standards (i.e. IBC, NEC, IECC, NFPA, IES) related to electrical design. Reza is versed in electrical load estimation, short circuit, coordination and load flow studies, lighting calculations and back-up generator sizing. He also performs electrical energy conservation analysis as required by applicable energy codes. In addition to electrical design, he has also provided consulting services for assessing the condition of existing electrical systems and recommendations on maintenance practices for major electrical equipment/systems.

Scott Wilton is a Senior Engineer for the firm, specializing in the evaluation and design of building and site improvements for residential and commercial properties, and owner representation with respect to implementing improvements. His responsibilities include investigation of design and construction defects in the areas of fenestration, building facades & components, land improvements, analysis of site plans, specifications and code compliance, preparing expert reports and documents to represent clients in litigation cases. Scott is responsible for investigations of structural problems including retaining walls, foundations and structural building components. He is also responsible for functional analysis and remedial design of deficient site improvements.
Scott has experience in the planning, design and approvals of residential construction, building remediation and cost analysis. He is also well-versed in project management of land improvements including storm water management, site grading and drainage, utility design and roadway layout. His experience includes developer representation for the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, water tanks, pump stations and golf courses. Stephen H. Kammerer (“Steve”) is a Senior Project Manager within the Building Envelope Division at The Falcon Group. He has over 10 years of expertise in managing and overseeing construction projects. His responsibilities include managing in-house carpenters, project managers, developed book-keeping platform to log project costs, potential variables, and highlight discrepancies. Steve has developed trade-partner relations by creating bidding systems, change order policies, and payment platform to keep moral high and workers motivated. Steve has previous experience with procuring sub-contracts, tracking budgets for projects, running weekly team/client meetings, quality control, assisting with client selections, and managing schedule expectations and deviations. He also has filled in as a well-versed carpenter where needed for projects including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, insulation, drywall, trim work, painting, tile, etc. Steve’s experience as a project manager and carpenter also includes resolve punch-lists items, complete warranty requests and close out construction projects. He has rehabilitation and restoration knowledge for old buildings and structures along with green building and zero footprint, energy star guidelines and REScheck guidelines experience and implementation. His primary responsibilities include site project management, managing all aspects of the project from initial inspection and repair design until project completion and final inspection. Tom is an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) currently working towards fulfilling the requirements to be eligible to take the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) Exam. He is fully dedicated to growing his professional knowledge of the industry and plans to further expand his education through an online master’s degree program. Francisco Gracia is the Division Manager of Concrete Restoration for our Miami office. He graduated with an "Outstanding graduate award in civil engineering" and a master’s degree with specialization in structural engineering. He comes with close to a decade of experience in Design-Build projects encompassing metal buildings, reinforced masonry and reinforced concrete structures. He has held positions from construction manager and site civil-structural engineer.
Francisco’s projects entail several for the American Red Cross such as the National Blood Bank of Haiti (CNTS/LAS), youth sports complex and community infrastructure developments counting a 132,000 gallons tank above ground. Additionally, he was involved in designing and building structures for authorized representatives of well-known companies including Caterpillar, John Deer and BMW. His projects commanded adequate importance to seismic and hurricane performance based on US standards.
Besides his design and field inspection involvements, he has been responsible for plan examination, generating specifications, scope of works, bill of quantities, cost estimating and contract reviews.

Frank Rica is a Project Associate within our Building Envelope Division at The Falcon Group. Frank records field measurements and performs calculations, prepares construction cost estimates, organizes field data, and reviews construction plans. He prepares investigation reports and bid documents which include drawings and technical specifications.
Frank's previous experience includes collaborated with multiple subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality control within job sites and gained exposure to the design and development processes of commercial and high-end residential assets. He shadowed a supervisor during meetings to understand the rhetoric and agenda characteristic of professional development meetings and met with sub-contractors on site in order to confirm the specifications to their task at hand. He was tasked with picking up large orders from distant warehouses to expedite ongoing projects and gained hands on experience by shadowing and assisting on-staff carpenters and finishing labor.
As an Intern, Frank gained exposure to the demolition process of homes and visited various sites to understand how homes are replaced by new construction and supervised and scheduled subcontractors via phone calls and emails to ensure efficient project completion. He accepted material deliveries on-site by communicating with local lumber yards to monitor inventory for quality control.

Greg Lombardo is the CAD Manager for the firm with over 20 years of experience in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and designing large scale residential and commercial construction. His main responsibilities include the management of all production throughout the Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) department. Greg handles and oversees the collaboration and output of drawings from all departments within the company. His multi-faceted drafting experience allows him to create complete and accurate plans and specifications for a wide array of disciplines, covering all aspects of a structure from top to bottom. His involvement in the production of plans begins with consultations with the engineers and architects to layout the drawing from conception to completion with occasional field visits for accuracy and verification purposes. This full involvement throughout the process gives Greg a complete understanding of the clients’ needs and ensures all aspects of the project are covered.

Isandel Agosto-Figueroa is a Team Lead with The Falcon Group’s Miami office, specializing in civil engineering and project oversight. He has extensive experience as an engineering inspector in the forensic engineering field as well as project management. His diverse responsibilities include: field inspections, writing reports, waterproofing projects, assisting senior professional engineers with civil design, interaction with clients and management, construction administration, project management and evaluations. Isandel has experience with a wide range of programs including but not limited to: AutoCad, MDSolids, Mathcad, SAP2000, Sidra Intersection, HCS+T7F, PTV VISSIM, Mathworks Mathlab and Microsoft Office. Jalaysia Stevenson
Jalaysia Stevenson is a Project Manager within The Falcon Group working closely with our Building Envelope Division. She is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Jalaysia comes with a few months of experience as an intern where she became proficient in Architectural drafting and rendering using platforms such as AutoCAD and Photoshop. This experience allowed her to develop an understanding of building and site components.
Jalaysia’s responsibilities include assisting the Project Managers through each phase of the project. Her has developed strong portfolio renders, design proposals, drawings, and plans, but not limited to façade restoration and railing restoration.
For each project, she is responsible for drafting the project in AutoCAD from inception to completion, including any revisions or redlines needed. She regularly consults with the design professional to ensure a complete package
for repair/restoration work. Jalaysia’s scope of work includes completing takeoffs, drafting building façade and details, and creating presentations for proposals. Other responsibilities include developing roof replacement and siding drawing sets and developing specifications.

He brings to the team over 40 years of experience within the construction and carpentry field in all aspects of the building industry. Jim coordinates jobs, manages staff and utilizes up-to-date building strategies with integrity, towards the completion of short and long-term projects.
Jim as a Project Manager coordinates and manages internal kick-off, milestone and closeout meetings for projects, and reviews the work of Project Associates. He verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, and represents clients in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts. Juan Tovar is a Project Manager out of the Miami Office at The Falcon Group. He brings 10 years of experience to the Falcon team. His previous experience includes but not limited to; installing conduit pipes, wiring electrical panels, installation and electrical connection of air conditioners systems, cooling tower, switch disconnects, luminaries and align electrical installation with the National Electric Code.
Juan’s prior experience as an Electrician had him leading project operations for electrical sub-station, motor control center, grounding and lightning protection systems. He developed a schedule for inspections of electrical installations and grounding systems, developed Electrical Safety documentation including Instruction, specifications and role assignations, updated electrical & automation schematic using ACAD, planned preventive weekly electrical maintenance, ensured proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with maintenance standards, trained electrical safety and standards for electricians and electrical contractors, and performed role of Guard Leader in projects and preventive maintenance.

Kareem Swelim is a Project Manager within our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Department out of The Falcon Group. He brings to the team previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer and designed and revised piping, ducts, and other HVAC drawings on AutoCAD for commercial buildings. He selected and scheduled HVAC equipment based on heating and cooling load requirements calculated with software programs or by hand, and collaborated with architects, engineers, and clients to achieve quality building designs. Kareem visited project sites when needed to survey, collect data, or take measurements required for later phases.

Karen as a Professional Engineer, assists in the planning, designing, monitoring and/or managing of projects and programs for substantial renovation and improvement projects, and reviews prepared design drawings, indicating basic design corrections, prepare technical specifications, review engineering plans for compliance with numerous regulatory acts. She assists in the evaluation of contract bids, make recommendations to senior staff regarding feasibility studies and assist in the management of construction projects, verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources. Lien brings to Falcon ten years of experience in the Architectural field. Her experience consists of designing urban and city plans for rehabilitation centers, supervising the finishing construction for The Santamaria Cayo’s hotels in Cuba, and teaching of digital design; AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Artlantis, and V-Ray.
Lien has prior experience preparing plan packages of construction for bid, developing shop drawings for installation of stairs, railings and glazing, and was a building inspector for commercial and residential construction sites. As a Project Manager within Falcon, she prepares cost estimates, conducts on-site inspections and documents existing conditions, performing field testing, and progress photographs. She prepares written correspondence for clients, attorneys, contractors, etc., monitors contract work for conformance specifications, and overall management responsibility of client projects.

Lisa has over 15 years of experience as a Paralegal, Contract Specialist, and Executive Assistant. Her expertise includes reviewing contracts, master lease agreements, research compliance updates, tax bulletins, pertinent case law and/or statutory law, corporate filings with Department of State and Taxation. Lisa has previous experience being an EEO/MWBE liaison with NJDOT, NYSDOT, PennDOT, PANYNJ, and NJTPA. Liuvan Hernandez is a Project Manager within our Miami office. He brings over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager to The Falcon Group. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Central University Marta Abreu De Las Villas in Santa Clara, Cuba. Liuvan’s previous experience included reviewing rebar in all concrete structures in our designed buildings and direct coordination with contractors and clients for corrections or modifications prior to construction. He lead the design, calculation and structural connections and quality coordination in all roof wood trusses for all buildings designed and calculated different types of concrete structures in coordination with other team members. Liuvan inspected and coordinated the repairs of exterior masonry, concrete walls, balcony slabs and soffit on buildings. He was responsible for managing the fabrication and construction on site of all fences and all access gates. Also, all types of metal structures such as louvers for mechanical equipment enclosures, stair railings, balcony railings, steel support beams for elevators and aluminum canopy structures for bus stops. He has managed the excavation and construction of a new drainage system for wastewater of hotels and had all team members ensure efficient service and processing and control or orders and loads.

Lyena Rodriguez is a Team Lead in the Miami, FL office specializing in Civil Engineering design and project oversight. Her extensive knowledge includes infrastructure projects, industrial structures, residential and commercial buildings. Included in her responsibilities are assessments, inspections, analysis and design of building components, and structures, preparation of testing requirements and procedures of soil, concrete, wood, and reinforcement steel in compliance with the current codes. The broad range of her ability and experience in the development of geotechnical investigations, construction, diagnosis, restoration projects, support her keen understanding of all structural aspects of a building which is an asset to Falcon clients.
As a Team Lead, Lyena organizes and controls efficiencies within the team. Mark Hunt
Mark Hunt is a Project Manager within our Building Envelope Division at The Falcon Group. He has over 34 years of hands-on experience leading teams as a Construction Manager/Operator to meet and exceed expectations. Mark’s experience ranges from intricate carpentry, residential and commercial projects to conceptual design and building. Mark’s responsibilities in construction management included but not limited to forecasting and preparing cost estimates, cost analysis, and budgeting for all residential and commercial projects. He would review and investigate change order requests while consistently interacting and communicating with key clients regarding proposals, and new developments. Mark had previous experience with reviewing plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction, restorations, additions, fit-outs, and new construction. He coordinated all utility service providers according to project scheduling and performed regular job site observations to provide hand on direction for all general contractor personnel. Mark conducted all critical preinstallation conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and manufacturer’s representatives. He would conduct weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.

Miguel Migueles Remon is a Project Manager with The Falcon Group within our Miami Office. His experience includes but not limited to; engineering design and calculations for structural elements in compliance with FBC, ASCE, AISC, NDS, ACI. Mr. Migueles also has experience with engineering design, structural design, and calculations for building components on range of materials from Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Glass, and Wood. He handles many site visits, special inspections to verify compliance of construction works with approved permits, plans, and documents. Miguel has previous experience creating change orders and RFI’s. He also provides prompt solutions to issues in the construction phases of projects. Miguel creates electronic calculation booklets and structural design drawings for the submittal permitting purposes as per Florida Building Code Requirements. She has managed the preparation of daily and weekly reports and prepared monthly reports that discuss in detail the status of the projects. She has managed the entire bidding process of projects and prepares estimates, value engineering analysis and oversight, and completion of full-cycle residential and commercial projects. As an Architect, She led the design of renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, and new additions to multiple dwelling buildings. Her experience also includes the management of all phases of residential design projects, with a goal to provide maximum usage of available space and utilization accessibility, low energy consumption and sound proofing. Nada's previous experience includes but not limited to; the architectural and interior design and contract drawings preparation for both, commercial and residential spaces ranging from 600,000 to 1,000,000 sf. The architectural design consulting and supervision of engineers and construction trades to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. As an Architectural Designer, Nada created construction document drawing sets for review, bid and for building permit filing, fast-paced retail projects including new store fit-outs, groundups and renovations. Primarily retail bank clients. The focus was on client retail brand design standards, including custom branded millwork, specialty finishes and power & communication /secure device coordination. Perry brings knowledge in Microstation, SS2 & SS4, Inroads, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autoturn 9, Bluebeam, and Sharepoint. Perry’s previous experience included site development design of sidewalks, curb ramps, parking lots, analyzing bulk zoning requirements and ADA compliance, and geometric design of over 6 miles of new roadways leading to airports in New York City. His previous experience also included designing a parking facility including curb ramps, sidewalks, parking improvements, striping and signage.
Perry has performed Grading & Drainage design of pipes and swales adjacent to proposed track corridors, and within parking lots. He has also performed pipe-sizing, rip-rap apron design, soil erosion and sediment control design, and access road design. He has successfully led efforts of designing retaining walls through approximately 60 miles of track and rail corridors working with a multi-disciplinary team and has been the first point of contact for many developing jobs as well as coordinating with contractors during construction.

Stefanie Hosgood is the Reserves and Bidding Manager with The Falcon Group. Her main responsibilities focus on daily interactions and communications between Falcon clientele and Falcon staff. Stefanie obtains all necessary information for the preparation and issuing of capital reserve analysis and transition engineering evaluation proposals. In addition, she coordinates the approval process for all capital reserve analyses and transition evaluations and corresponds with clients for the duration of each reserve and transition project. Stefanie manages the bid department and bid schedule including, but not limited to, construction projects anticipated for commercial buildings and residential communities such as: pavement improvement, roof replacement, façade repair and exterior cladding projects. She monitor’s each project and provides updates accordingly with regard to contractor notifications, bid addendum’s and calculations of bid submissions. Stefanie executes all documentation concerning contracts on behalf of the owner and contractor, as well as the processing of payment applications (via American Institute of Architects software). As a Project Associate (Administrator), Natasha proofreads, formats, and edits letters, reports, and all other correspondence from draft stage to client-ready work, responsible for timely distribution of proposals, documents or reports being mailed, faxed, emailed or overnighted, and assists with filing and maintaining organized records, files, drawings, or other data essential to the project and ensures they are complete and stored appropriately. She assists in preparing proposals, reports, specifications, finalizing bid forms and construction documents and distributes same to clients for review and contractors for bidding. Further assists in collecting contractor bids and prepares bid comparison tables and setting up future project cost projection tables for cost estimates and payment applications.
