Alex J. Goldberg, RRO, is a Team Lead within our Rockville, Maryland office at The Falcon Group. He brings to the team twenty-two years of construction experience within residential and commercial properties, with eleven of those years spent as a building envelope consultant. As a Team Lead, Alex ensures that all team members have adequate work, and are meeting internal and external deadlines, including ensuring that tasks are completed on budget and accurately. He will also oversee all events and happenings related to projects his team is managing, including but not limited to project documents, bidding, bid analysis, project meetings, project tracking, project budgets, all project documentation and report writing, as applicable to his team.
Alex coordinates and manages internal kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings for projects, verifies schedules, ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources, and conducts on-site inspections. He documents existing conditions, performs field testing, photographing, creation of hand-sketches and observes/ tracks work in progress. He performs inspections, supervises testing, and has the ability to interpret results to formulate reports, as well as produce plans and specifications.
