My favorite thing about working at Falcon is the commitment to employees bettering themselves. I started at Falcon as a Project Manager, and thanks to the continued support of leadership and their encouragement towards professional development, I was able to obtain my Professional Engineer’s license which lead to a promotion to Project Engineer and continuing to grow to the Division Manager - NYC, MEP. The work culture, diversified project portfolio, and opportunities for taking on new project types have greatly accelerated my growth personally and professionally.
