Stefani Guerra, AIA, NCARB, NOMA, LEED AP
Stefani Guerra is the Chief Technical Officer of The Falcon Group, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen the firm’s technical operations, enhance cross-office consistency, and foster a culture of innovation. With 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, Stefani brings a unique dual perspective to her role: a registered architect who deeply understands project delivery from the ground up, and a seasoned business leader with a sharp eye for scalable systems, operational efficiency, and process design.
Since joining Falcon, Stefani has taken over the firm’s CAD standard modernization effort, building a more cohesive foundation of templates, title blocks, layers, and workflows to be implemented across all offices. She also played a key role in the successful implementation of Falcon’s Egnyte cloud storage platform, guiding the rollout to better support project teams and technical workflows while considering long-term scalability and innovation. In parallel, she independently developed the firm’s new SharePoint intranet and has championed the deployment of Microsoft Teams and 365 tools—creating custom templates and spaces that improve project organization, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across disciplines.
Stefani’s leadership style is defined by curiosity, collaboration, and forward thinking. She engages teams across the company to understand challenges and uncover opportunities, balancing empathy with a drive to question the status quo. Her focus is not only on building efficient systems, but also on empowering people to work smarter, together. Currently, she is leading the firmwide implementation of Deltek VantagePoint—serving as subject matter expert and guiding the development of new frameworks for resource management, capacity planning, and operational visibility.
Stefani holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago. Her work reflects a commitment to thoughtful transformation—one that blends technical rigor, creative problem-solving, and a deep respect for the people behind the projects.
