including commissioning of new projects: Fundamental as well as Enhanced in accordance with the definition of LEED 2009 by the US GBC, which will verify that the installed energy consuming systems are in accordance with the owners requirements, design intent and industry standards. Falcon will perform enhanced commissioning as a third party and will report directly to the owner. This process will start as early as the planning phase of the design services provided by others. Falcon will review the OPR, BOD, shop drawings of the commissioned systems, prepare pre-functional checklists, review required tests reports and start-up reports, prepare functional performance tests and witness them, then prepare a final commissioning report that includes all the details of the commissioning process.
Retro-commissioning, which will verify that the existing energy consuming systems are performing in accordance with industry standards as well as consume the least amount of energy they are designed and manufactured for.
