Michael Abram
Michael Abram, Project Manager, Mr. Michael Abram is a Project Manager with the firm. Mr. Abram has over 20 years' experience in the carpentry and construction management fields. Mr. Abram has been owner's representative of new and renovation projects . His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: project management, building maintenance, residential and commercial construction He is also a member of the Carpenters Union – Local 254. His responsibilities with the firm include construction project observation/management, managing all aspects of the project from initial inspection and repair design until project completion and final inspection.
Isandel Agosto-Figueroa
Isandel Agosto-Figueroa, Project Manager, Mr. Isandel Agosto-Figueroa is a Project Manager with The Falcon Group’s South Florida office, specializing in civil engineering and project oversight. He has extensive experience as an engineering inspector in the forensic engineering field as well as project management. His diverse responsibilities include: field inspections, writing reports, waterproofing projects, assisting senior professional engineers with civil design, interaction with clients and management, construction administration, project management and evaluations.
Adam Brine
Adam Brine, Senior Project Manager, Mr. Brine is a Senior Project Manager and Construction Inspector with the firm.  Included in his responsibilities are inspections and analysis of building components and structures, performing field investigation procedures, and the preparation of reports.  His experience includes residential, and light commercial construction.Mr. Brine has provided forensic and technical analysis, investigations, and reports for a wide range of conditions, including existing building and foundation defects, building integrity and due diligences evaluations. He is an certified ACI Associate Concrete Construction Special Inspector.
Lizbeth Bejarano
Lizbeth Bejarano, Project Manager, Ms. Lizbeth Bejarano is a Project Manager out of the Miami Office. Her Civil Engineering background coupled with office management experience makes her a valuable asset to Falcon. Ms. Bejarano has extensive experience in performing inspections, managing teams on the job site, preparing field reports and audits and supervising the execution of contracts. Her responsibilities at Falcon include conducting building and site inspections and assisting with reports and proposals. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela).
William Cain
William Cain, MEP Designer, Mr. William Cain is an MEP Designer with the firm. He has over 20 years’ experience designing HVAC and Fire Protection systems. Mr. Cain has worked with some notable clients such as: New York Power Authority (NYPA) and New York Police Department (NYPD). Mr. Cain is responsible for design and CAD drafting of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems for multifamily, retail, office, institutional, transportation and governmental facilities. Mr. Cain is well-versed in the following programs: AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Microstation, Trane Trace and Cadkey. He has an HVAC Technology Certification from Rutgers University and various AutoCAD certificates.
Horeb Chaviano
Horeb Chaviano, Project Manager, P.E. Mr. Horeb Chaviano is a Project Engineer with the firm specializing in Electrical Engineering and based out of the South Florida region. Mr. Chaviano has more than twelve years of experience in electrical engineering and design with the ability to analyze complex engineering problems, evaluate and recommend alternatives. His background encompasses electrical power system analysis, low voltage power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, grounding, public address, security systems, telephone/data, CCTV and lightning protection for various residential, commercial, industrial and educational facility types.
Zair Cheema
Zair Cheema, Project Manager, Mr. Cheema is a Project Manager with the MEP/Energy division of the firm, he specializes in Mechanical Engineering, as related to building HVAC, plumbing, and energy systems. His responsibilities include conducting Mechanical and Plumbing system condition assessments, HVAC and plumbing design, HVAC load calculations, energy audits, and project management. Mr. Cheema ensures all items incorporated in the scope of work are addressed according to building codes and local laws.
Janet Costa
Janet Costa, Reserves & Bidding Manager, Ms. Janet Costa is a Reserves & Bidding Manager with The Falcon Group. Her main responsibilities focus on daily interactions and communications between Falcon clientele and Falcon staff. Ms. Costa manages the bid department and bid schedule including, but not limited to, construction projects anticipated for commercial buildings and residential communities such as: pavement improvement, roof replacement, façade repair and exterior cladding projects. She monitor's each project and provides updates accordingly with regard to contractor notifications, bid addendums and calculations of bid submissions.
Christopher Cutri
Christopher Cutri, Junior Engineer, Mr. Christopher Cutri is a Junior Engineer with the firm's Architecture and Engineering Division, operating out of the New York office. Mr. Cutri's responsibilities include performing building inspections, assessing building conditions, developing construction drawings & specifications, structural assessment & design of masonry, concrete, steel & composite structures, construction administration and consulting services. Mr. Cutri has experience altering construction drawings, developing project specifications, assisting in the development of technical specifications, performing exterior & interior building inspections and coordinating project tasks with building managers.
Vincent DiBenedetto
William Dauhajre, Project Manager, Mr. William Dauhajre is a Project Manager in the Miami, FL office specializing in Structural Engineering and project oversight for both small and large-scale commercial and residential projects. He has extensive knowledge in preparing and expediting structural contract documents in accordance with the current state codes and standard construction regulations. Mr. Dauhajre has experience with 40/50-year re-certifications, structural inspections, construction administration, project management and field inspections, forensic engineering inspections, waterproofing investigations and building evaluations and is also proficient in AutoCAD, Micostation, Stadd Pro and Revit.
Benjamin Delgado
Benjamin Delgado, Project Manager (Miami), Mr. Benjamin Delgado is a Project Manager in the South Florida region. Specializing in Civil Engineering and project oversight, he has extensive knowledge in Commercial General Liability inspections and Property Inspections. With a broad range of expertise from working on projects with concrete restoration and post tension cables for high-rises in West Palm Beach, to working directly with contractors conducting inspections and writing detailed reports; his knowledge and expertise are valuable assets to the Falcon team. Mr. Delgado is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with a degree from the College of Engineering at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Vincent DiBenedetto
Vincent DiBenedetto, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Vincent DiBenedetto is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with the MEP/Energy Services and Forensic division of the firm. He specializes in mechanical engineering as related to building HVAC and energy systems. With experience in mechanical design and project management in high-rise commercial buildings across New York and extensive knowledge of the NYC mechanical code, Mr. DiBenedetto is well-versed in knowledge of all mechanical systems. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to HVAC system design, new equipment selection for mechanical systems, load calculations and on-site surveillance and forensic assessment of mechanical systems.
Dennis Donatelli
Dennis Donatelli, Senior Project Manager, Mr. Donatelli is a Senior Project Manager with the firm specializing in the design and construction of large and small-scale civil residential and commercial projects. His responsibilities with the firm include managing all aspects of the project from initial inspection and repair design until project completion and final inspection, and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. Donatelli's duties include comprehensive involvement in the inspection and analysis of building and site components, preparation of design drawings & specifications, performing field investigation procedures, and the preparation of engineering evaluation reports.

Dennis Donatelli
Thomas Dunn, Senior Engineer, Mr. Thomas Dunn, PE is a Senior Engineer in the Litigation Department at the firm. Mr. Dunn is has over 30 years’ experience in engineering and construction management. He is responsible conducting investigations to determine cause of construction or design defects and preparing detailed reports and recommendations to our client base. He is well-versed in in all facets of construction management, capital improvement programs and preparing plans, specifications and cost estimates. Mr. Dunn is a Professional Engineer who also holds a BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Engineering Management from NJIT and Widener University respectively.
Ana Echeverri
Ana Echeverri, Assistant Project Manager, Ms. Echeverri is the Assistant Project Manager at the Miami, FL. Office. She has been working in architecture for the past 3 years in South Florida. Ms. Echeverri is fluent in Spanish, English and German. She is also experienced in working in the hospitality industry and has great training in customer satisfaction. Her background in hospitality brings a greater understanding of the operations side of the business to Falcons Hospitality Architecture and Engineering services.
Maria Espitia
Maria Espitia, Project Manager, Ms. Maria Espitia is a Project Manager for the South Florida region. She has extensive knowledge in a multitude of construction applications with expertise in planning and defining scope, developing project schedules, cost estimating, developing budgets, risk performance analysis and analysis of project schedules. A fraction of Ms. Espitia’s diverse responsibilities include; a wide range of field inspections, writing reports, waterproofing projects, assisting senior professional engineers with civil design, interaction with clients and management, construction administration, project management and evaluations.
Maggie Faselt
Maggie Faselt, Project Manager of MEP/Energy Services, Ms. Maggie Faselt is the Project Manager of MEP/Energy Services, specializing in coordination of departmental functions including preparation of proposals for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and energy projects for new and existing buildings. She also assists our Energy and MEP engineers in preparation of specifications, bid documents, letters and reports for the multiple projects in the MEP/Energy Services division.
Oreste Fulminante
Oreste Fulminante, CAD Technician, Mr. Oreste Fulminante is the CAD Technician at the firm. Mr. Fulminante has over 15 years of corporate interior design experience with many high-profile and Fortune 500 companies including but not limited to: Morgan Stanley, Tiffany & Co., NFL and American Airlines. He is responsible for assisting with Falcon’s CAD department operations and preparing drawings and designs for all departments and facets of the business. He is proficient in AutoCAD 2014 and 2020 Cap Studio. Mr. Oreste also holds an AS in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Carlos Garcia
Carlos Garcia, Project Manager, Mr. Garcia's main functions revolve around the documentation and inspection of the firm's architecture and engineering projects. He is responsible for assuring all projects are completed in a timely manner and executed effectively and in accordance with the project specifications and budgets. Mr. Garcia's areas of expertise include roofing and the exterior building envelope. Mr. Garcia has extensive experience with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems) having managed single remediation projects valued at up to 10 Million Dollars.
Lyle Hoffman
Lyle Hoffman, Project Manager, Lyle Hoffman is responsible for the management and scheduling of transition evaluation reports. In addition, he is involved in construction inspection for the firm's civil and architectural engineering projects, most notably roadway pavement reconstruction. Mr. Hoffman is significantly involved in The Falcon Group's capital reserve fund studies, transition reports, site inspections, litigation reports, and cost estimating. Mr. Hoffman holds a H.H.S. technical/inspector license (building) from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and has a detailed knowledge of the International Code Council model codes. This is of particular value for the evaluation of defects during the transition evaluation process, where Mr. Hoffman has been applying this knowledge for over a decade.
Kurt Jensen
Kurt Jensen, Senior Architect, Mr. Jensen is a Senior Architect with the firm. Mr. Jensen provides construction observation services on project sites ranging from roofing projects, façade re-cladding, waterproofing and transition reports for homeowners associations. Mr. Jensen also develops working drawings and construction documents for the firm's residential, commercial and retail projects. Mr. Jensen has extensive experience in the field of construction and architecture, both residential & commercial with over 25 years' experience. Mr. Jensen is well versed in the International Building Code series as well as being aware of local codes and their impact on projects. As a Senior Architect for the firm, Mr. Jensen can rely on his architectural and construction experience to ensure the project is completed correctly.
Greg Lombardo
Greg Lombardo, CAD Manager, Mr. Lombardo is CAD Manager for the entire firm with over 15 years of experience in computer aided drafting and large scale residential / commercial construction. His main responsibilities within The Falcon Group include the management of all production throughout the Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) department. Mr. Lombardo handles and oversees the collaboration and output of drawings from all departments within the company including Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing & Energy. His multi-faceted drafting experience allows him to create complete and accurate plans and specifications for Drainage Improvement, Pavement Improvement and Striping, Building Envelope repair and restoration, Roofing, and Structural Enhancement Plans.
Reza Koosha-Mirsaidi
Reza Koosha-Mirsaidi, Senior Electrical Engineer, Mr. Reza Koosha-Mirsaidi is a Senior Electrical Engineer with the firm. Mr. Koosha-Mirsaidi has over 13 years’ experience in providing electrical design and consulting services, and construction administration support. He also provides services through surveys, cost estimates, bid reviews, witness shop testing, and inspections. He has experience in all milestones of a project from start to finish, from initial creation of scope of work to punch-list documentation for construction close out. He has experience in a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, transit authorities, airports, universities, municipalities, high rises, performance art centers, parks, and pharmaceutical facilities. He has technical knowledge of the codes and standards (i.e. IBC, NEC, IECC, NFPA, IES) related to electrical design. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York.
Brian Kutz
Brian Kutz, Project Manager, Mr. Brian Kutz is a Project Manager at The Falcon Group. Mr. Kutz’s has both a Bachelors and Masters in Architecture and over 15 years of hands-on construction management experience ranging from initial concept to close out. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project from initial repair design until project completion and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor.
Scott McEnerney
Scott McEnerney, Project Associate, Mr. McEnerney is responsible for administration, construction observation, and inspections of the firm's engineering projects in the New Jersey and New York City regions. He is responsible for assuring all projects run smoothly from the proposal phase through completion. His responsibilities also include keeping open lines of communication between building owners/managers and contractors to ensure that projects run without any problems. Additionally he is responsible for permit filing, obtaining bids, and creating contracts for projects. He performs tests and inspections at job sites in order to verify conditions, calculate repair quantities, and observe ongoing work to be sure it is being performed according to specification. Mr. McEnerney also specializes in Local Law 11 inspections for clients in New York City.
John McGowan
John McGowan, Senior Project Manager, Mr. McGowan is a Senior Project Manager with the firm with more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction of large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects with experience in both the Engineering and Architectural phases of design and construction of projects. His responsibilities with the firm include managing all aspects of the project from initial design until project completion, and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. McGowan's duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings & specifications, performing field investigations and the preparation of reports for the construction or reconstruction of building components. He is also involved in heavy Civil projects at the firm including site plan development, regulatory approvals, capital construction programs for undeveloped and established properties along with associated construction management services.
Keith Mullin
Keith Mullin, Project Manager, Mr. Keith Mullin, Project Manager at The Falcon Group, brings over 12 years' architectural experience in designing high-end residential homes, small-scale commercial buildings and large-scale Photovoltaic Solar Arrays. Mr. Mullin prides himself on successfully taking a project from day one site walk through the final building inspection to completion. At Falcon, Keith will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from initial repair design through project completion, and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. Mullin's duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings & specifications, performing field investigation procedures and the preparation of reports.
Parth Patel
Parth Patel, Project Manager, Mr. Parth Patel is a Project Manager with the MEP and Energy services division of the firm. He is an Electrical Engineer in training and specializes in power systems design, lighting design, and engineering design analysis. As a Project Manager with a focus in electrical design, Mr. Patel's current responsibilities include conducting assessments of the existing field conditions of power and lighting systems, the preparation of design plans, reviewing of construction documents, selection of lighting fixtures, and the review of shop drawings.
Stefanie Hosgood
Stefanie Hosgood, Senior Marketing Associate, Ms. Hosgood is the Senior Marketing Associate for The Falcon Group. She has more than 10 years in business administrative roles. She has a BA in Liberal Studies and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Hosgood is detail-oriented and brings a strong background consisting of editing, budgeting, market research and marketing analytics to the Falcon Team. Ms. Hosgood is responsible for executing sales & marketing plans including tradeshow and event planning, creation and editing of marketing materials and sending external communication pieces on current topics to the Falcon Group's growing client base.
Michael Popeck
Mike Popeck, Senior Project Manager, Mr. Popeck is a Senior Project Manager with the firm specializing in Roofing and Building Envelope projects. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project from start until completion and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. Popeck's duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings and specifications, performing field investigation procedures and preparation of reports. Mr. Popeck has extensive experience with residential and commercial roofing and siding systems. Mr. Popeck is also experience with other aspects of the building envelope including doors, windows, curtain wall systems, exterior claddings, (EIFs, siding, stone, metal panel), and masonry construction.
John Quinn
John Quinn, Project Manager, John Quinn is a Project Manager in the Miami, FL office responsible for field inspections and reporting. His duties include structural inspection, preparation of construction reports, recommendation of appropriate products, and supervision of contractors selected by our clients to complete repairs. Mr. Quinn has been involved in building inspection services since 2002 and has performed many hundreds of building inspections in his career. Projects ranging from 40-Year Recertification, Restoration of Building Envelopes, both Roofs and Exteriors with Balconies, Concrete Repairs, Pool Renovations, Recreational Pool, Tennis Court, Deck Restoration, Waterproofing, Turnovers and Reserve Analysis Studies. Prior to his career in inspections he worked as a Project Manager in the construction of both residential and commercial properties for 30 years. In addition to John's extensive construction resume he is also a Dive Master and has performed many underwater sea wall inspections.
Edher Quiroz
Edher Quiroz, Project Manager, Mr. Edher Quiroz is a Project Manager with the firm out of the Miami, FL office. Mr. Quiroz has experience coordinating and conducting Threshold Inspections, 40-year recertification inspections and reports, structural inspections and all facets of project management. He also hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor degree in Structural Engineering.
Timothy Robison
Timothy Robison, Professional Engineer, Mr. Timothy Robison is a Professional Engineer with the firm, and is responsible for structural engineering design, project management and field inspections for a variety of projects. His experience ranges through all aspects of structural and civil design, documentation, and construction observation, including the coordination and integration of structural elements with architectural, electrical and mechanical systems throughout the design and construction processes.
Michael Roque
Michael Roque, Project Manager, Mr. Michael Roque is a Project Manager for The Falcon Group’s New York City Office. Mr. Roque is responsible for maintaining communication with the client throughout the project, ensuring a complete understanding of the construction process. His involvement in construction documentation includes report preparation, designing and implementing those designs and specifications in the field. Mr. Roque also performs building inspections for Local Law 84 and Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) and preparing design specifications.
Piotr Rusinkiewicz
Piotr Rusinkiewicz, Project Manager, Mr. Rusinkiewicz is responsible for maintaining communication with the client throughout the project, ensuring a complete understanding of the construction process. He is also responsible for performing building inspections for Local Law 11/98 Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) and preparing design specifications. His involvement in construction documentation includes report preparation, designing and implementing those designs and specifications in the field. His involvement in construction administration is paramount in ensuring that the specifications and design are carried out to completion.
Dave Schaub
Maksim Sadik,Senior Project Manager, Max will act as Building Restoration Specialist and be in charge of the Project Management in the Miami and West Palm Beach offices. He is an experienced business operator and certified general contractor in the State of Florida. His MBA in finance and extensive sales experience make him an excellent asset to help increase our reach and strengthen existing client relationships in the Southern Florida market. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: property inspections, concrete repair, construction management and business development.
Dave Schaub
Dave Schaub, Senior Project Manager, Mr. Schaub is a Senior Project Manager with the firm with 20 years of experience in the design and construction of large-scale residential and commercial projects. His responsibilities with the firm include managing all aspects of the project from initial repair design thru project completion, and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. Schaub's duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings & specifications, performing field investigation procedures and the preparation of reports.
Elina Shchervinsky
Elina Shchervinsky, Senior Project Manager, Ms. Shchervinsky is a Senior Project manager involved with the firm's architecture and engineering projects. Ms. Shchervinsky is responsible for surveying buildings to identify deficient conditions, for detailed investigation of specific concerns or complaints, for architectural design, and for construction observation to assure remediation work complies with the designed solution. Ms. Shchervinsky also coordinates with clients on project delivery matters including scheduling, coordination, inspections, delivery dates, plan and specification requirements, contractor bidding comparison, and project oversight, she also performs diligent follows-up to assure client satisfaction throughout the process.
Justin Shea
Justin Shea, Project Manager, Mr. Justin Shea is a Project Manager for The Falcon Group’s New York City Office. Mr. Shea is responsible for maintaining communication with the client throughout the project and ensuring a complete understanding of the construction process. Mr. Shea also performs building inspections for the Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) and preparing design specifications. He has worked on design and administration of small and large exterior restoration projects in the public and private sector (including government agencies) as well as many restoration projects for residential, commercial, educational, institutional and infrastructure.
Yo Sep Bak
Yo Sep Bak, Project Manager, Mr. Yo Sep Bak is a Project Manager with the firm. He has experience in assisting property management firms, Port Authority, NJ Turnpike and Conrail with developing plans, preparing technical reports for bid submissions, managing 100+ submittals for bridge substructures and working as the liaison between the owner and project team. Mr. Bak has extensive experience in drafting daily reports on construction progress, project teams, entities present and worksite information.
Hermes Soza
Hermes Soza, Project Manager, Mr. Hermes Soza is a Project Manager with over 22 years of structural and civil engineering experience. He possesses specialized expertise in structural analysis and assessment of building integrity for newly designed facilities and renovation projects. Mr. Soza has provided technical services to the definition and management for both the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Department of Defense (DOD) along with other private sector organizations. Mr. Soza has experience with 40/50-year re-certifications, structural inspections, construction administration and field inspections, forensic engineering inspections, waterproofing investigations and building evaluations.
Tomasz Szymak
Tomasz Szymak, Project Manager, Mr. Tomasz Szymak is a Project Manager who brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to The Falcon Group. He has a strong background in working directly with homeowners, contractors and developers as well as supervising a team. His responsibilities with the firm include site project management, managing all aspects of the project from initial inspection and repair design until project completion and final inspection. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Temple University and a Certificate in Construction Management from Baruch College (CUNY).
Robert Vella
Robert Vella, Project Manager, Mr. Robert Vella is a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience specializing in building and parking garage restoration and building envelope waterproofing projects. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project from initial repair design until project completion and being the direct point of contact for both the owner and contractor. Mr. Vella's duties include the inspection and analysis of building components and structures, preparation of design drawings and specifications, performing field investigation procedures and the preparation of reports.
Damien Walters
Damien Walters, Project Manager (MD/WDC Metro/VA), Mr. Damien Walters is a Project Manager in the firm’s Maryland, Washington DC Metro and Northern Virginia region. He has over twenty years of leading teams of general contractors and laborers on residential and commercial construction projects. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: project management, building maintenance, residential and commercial construction. Tayler Young
Tayler Young, Marketing & Business Development Associate, Ms. Tayler Young is a Marketing & Business Development Associate with the firm in the Miami, FL office. Ms. Young is responsible for assisting the marketing department in creating and implementing new marketing campaigns and all client-facing communications. She also assists with planning and attending tradeshows and networking events to meet new clients to drive sales. Her strong communication skills and attention to detail coupled with her experience in working in the real estate industry make her an asset to the Marketing Team.
Thomas Zaniewski
Thomas Zaniewski, Project Manager, Mr. Thomas Zaniewski is a Project Manager with The Falcon Group. He has experience in working with property management firms, assisting in developing plans, preparing technical reports for bid submissions and interfacing with townships and associations. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge in AutoCAD, RAM Structural Systems, Microstation, and STAAD Pro.
