Mr. Cutri's responsibilities include performing building inspections, assessing building conditions, developing construction drawings & specifications, structural assessment & design of masonry, concrete, steel & composite structures, construction administration and consulting services. Carlos Garcia, Project Manager, Mr. Garcia's main functions revolve around the documentation and inspection of the firm's architecture and engineering projects. He is responsible for assuring all projects are completed in a timely manner and executed effectively and in accordance with the project specifications and budgets. Mr. Garcia's areas of expertise include roofing and the exterior building envelope. Mr. Garcia has extensive experience with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems) having managed single remediation projects valued at up to 10 Million Dollars.
Lyle Hoffman, Project Manager, Lyle Hoffman is responsible for the management and scheduling of transition evaluation reports. In addition, he is involved in construction inspection for the firm's civil and architectural engineering projects, most notably roadway pavement reconstruction. Mr. Hoffman is significantly involved in The Falcon Group's capital reserve fund studies, transition reports, site inspections, litigation reports, and cost estimating. Mr. Hoffman holds a H.H.S. technical/inspector license (building) from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and has a detailed knowledge of the International Code Council model codes. This is of particular value for the evaluation of defects during the transition evaluation process, where Mr. Hoffman has been applying this knowledge for over a decade.

She has over eighteen years of professional experience working on architectural projects around the globe. Beginning with her extensive experience having worked on sustainable and green building design projects in Luebeck, Germany, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 1997, she continued to establish her design expertise and management skills while working on award winning projects including the rehabilitation of residential, institutional, and commercial buildings in Germany and the Middle East. In addition to her vast experience with green building and sustainable design, as well as her many years of experience preparing construction documents, her strong leadership skills allow Ms. Iskandar to play an integral role as a Senior Project Manager at The Falcon Group.
Kurt Jensen, Architect/Project Manager, Mr. Jensen is an Architect with the firm. Mr. Jensen provides construction observation services on project sites ranging from roofing projects, façade re-cladding, waterproofing and transition reports for homeowners associations. Mr. Jensen also develops working drawings and construction documents for the firm's residential, commercial and retail projects. Mr. Jensen has extensive experience in the field of construction and architecture, both residential & commercial with over 25 years' experience. Mr. Jensen is well versed in the International Building Code series as well as being aware of local codes and their impact on projects. As an Architect for the firm, Mr. Jensen can rely on his architectural and construction experience to ensure the project is completed correctly.
Greg Lombardo, CAD Manager, Mr. Lombardo is CAD Manager for the entire firm with over 15 years of experience in computer aided drafting and large scale residential / commercial construction. His main responsibilities within The Falcon Group include the management of all production throughout the Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) department. Mr. Lombardo handles and oversees the collaboration and output of drawings from all departments within the company including Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing & Energy. His multi-faceted drafting experience allows him to create complete and accurate plans and specifications for Drainage Improvement, Pavement Improvement and Striping, Building Envelope repair and restoration, Roofing, and Structural Enhancement Plans.
Luis Lopez, Falcon Drone Services Manager, Mr. Luis Lopez, Falcon Drone Services Manager, has a strong knowledge and passion for computers and graphic design. He graduated from Military School, High School of Graphic Communication of Arts and also has a degree from Touro College in Data Communications and Media Arts. With a Military background and entrepreneurial spirit and over 13 years of mechanical engineering experience, Mr. Lopez brings a wealth of knowledge to The Falcon Group and our client base as the Falcon Drone Services Manager. His work experience ranges from running his own computer business to a sprinkler CAD Designer to Certified Pilot. In 2014, he passed his check ride and became a United States Private Pilot. Since then, he has flown for hundreds of hours all over the Northeast.
Angel Maestre , Senior Project Manager, Mr. Maestre is a Senior Project Manager in the Miami office specializing in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and project oversight for both small and large scale commercial and private projects. Mr. Maestre has experience in forensic analysis of building envelopes for structural and waterproofing deficiencies. He is capable of providing recommendations on corrective measures. Scott McEnerney, Project Assistant, Mr. McEnerney is responsible for administration, construction observation, and inspections of the firm's engineering projects in the New Jersey and New York City regions. He is responsible for assuring all projects run smoothly from the proposal phase through completion. His responsibilities also include keeping open lines of communication between building owners/managers and contractors to ensure that projects run without any problems. Additionally he is responsible for permit filing, obtaining bids, and creating contracts for projects. He performs tests and inspections at job sites in order to verify conditions, calculate repair quantities, and observe ongoing work to be sure it is being performed according to specification. Mr. McEnerney also specializes in Local Law 11 inspections for clients in New York City.

Piotr Rusinkiewicz, Junior Engineer, Mr. Rusinkiewicz is responsible for maintaining communication with the client throughout the project, ensuring a complete understanding of the construction process. In 2010, Ms. Saygin-Batista founded arKiDect, a Design Factory for kids where kids discover and learn about architecture.
